Refund policy

I have a 14-day return policy on regular pieces - while I cannot offer a refund I can offer credit or an exchange. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return - please let me know as soon as you notice an issue. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (with tracking) and the item must arrive to me in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging, before I can process a refund. 

Please note, this does not apply to custom pieces - please see exceptions below.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your piece once received and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. I also recommend reading the care card that came with your piece to know how to look after your jewellery to ensure it lasts a lifetime.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom pieces are non-refundable due to the time we spend planning the piece together, and the materials that go into creating something one of a kind and bespoke to you. This also applies to the non-refundable deposit for custom pieces if you change your mind. Thanks for your understanding!
